2 Wheeled Self Balancing Robot

We are thrilled to present our project, the 2 Wheel Self-Balance Robot, which has achieved a remarkable feat of securing the 2nd rank among 1049 teams from all over India. The competition was organized by e-Yantra, IIT Bombay and MHRD, and our team's outstanding performance is a testament to our technical expertise and dedication to excellence.

One of the key highlights of our project is the remarkable stability achieved by the robot, as demonstrated in the video where not a single drop of water was spilled. This stability was achieved through the implementation of the LQR algorithm, a sophisticated control algorithm that ensures the robot's balance and stability even on uneven terrain.


Our team invested significant effort in tuning and developing filtration algorithms for IMU, as well as deriving accurate mathematical models for the robot. This effort ultimately paid off, enabling us to achieve the high level of precision and stability that we were aiming for during the development of our 2 Wheeled self-balancing robot.

In addition, our robot is highly versatile and adaptable, capable of maneuvering through any kind of terrain with the same level of stability and precision. This includes slopes and garbled terrain, making it an ideal choice for a wide range of applications. Overall, our project is a testament to our team's technical expertise and dedication to excellence. We are proud to have achieved such outstanding results and look forward to continuing our work in this field.
